To provide countermeasures for not receiving a counterfeit bill for an individual as a self-defense.

The purse (mainly billfold) provided with a function for discrimination of real bill comprises emitting light from two kinds of LEDs (light emitting diode) provided inside the billfold onto a bill received according to a Japanese bill or a foreign bill when the bill is received at shopping and executing the bill distinction between the original or the imitation by visualization of a pattern displayed on the bill. The billfold is provided with irradiation gears of the blue LED and the violet including ultraviolet rays LED so that the distinction of the real bills circulated in several countries in the world including Japan (yen, dollar, euro, won, yuan and the peso bloc) from the imitation can be executed. The distinction can be conducted with the billfold closed. Each LED is so disposed and the billfold has a hole the light passes through, so that the bill is directly irradiated with the light of each LED provided inside the billfold.
