A power link member 4 having a pressing and hitting part 4e pressing a power switch 7 is fixed to a side surface panel 2 surrounding a board 6 with the power switch 7 arranged thereon, and a key top 5 arranged to operate a the power link member 4 is mounted on a front panel 3 covering a part of the side surface panel 2.
