To provide a push-button switch device for time recorder designed so as to facilitate the manufacturing work and assembling work with minimized failures, and also facilitate the maintenance by largely forming a switch push button so as to be easy to operate and preventing the solder part of a printed circuit board from being exposed to the outside.

A push button bracket X to be mounted on the upper inside surface of a time recorder body 1 is formed into an inside and outside double structure having an inner bracket 11 fastened into an outer bracket 10. A pressing piece 15D is provided on a switch push button 15 vertically rotatably mounted by fitting a working shaft 15A to the bearing part 11T of the inner bracket 11, and an ON/OFF switch 13 for attendance and nonattendance selection or set mode selection turned ON by being pressed by the pressing piece 15D, and a printed circuit board 12 with an LED 14 mounted thereon are mounted in the inner bracket 11.
