Abstract:

To provide a push-button switch for a time recorder, which is superior in operability wherein a display part of the push-button can be brightly illuminated and displayed if the push-button is pushed and switched to turn ON and wherein the head part of the push-button is formed large without deteriorating the brightness of the light source.

The push buttons 41 to 46 to select modes of the time recorder 1 are constituted of a push-button head 4A made of a material which does not make light permeate, and a light permeating member 4B which can make light permeate, and if the push-buttons 41 to 46 are pushed, a pressing member 4C turns on a switch 5 to turn on the light source 6, and the light by this lighting is made permeated to a light permeating member 4B, and the upper end part of the push-button head 4A and a display part 4B' of the upper end face exposed in the front face side of the push-button head 4A are made bright.
