Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push button switch excellent in waterproof function, and ensuring good adhesion of a fixed contact and the housing, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: In a push button switch, since an adhesion layer composed of chlorosulfonated polyethylene composition is formed at a part of a fixed contact covered with thermosetting resin before injection molding, and a metal terminal and the thermosetting resin are made to adhere well via the adhesion layer by making a molten resin adhere to the adhesion layer, at the time of injection molding, a gap is not formed between the fixed contact and the housing formed of the thermosetting resin, even after long-term use.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
