To provide a push-button switch structure which enables improvement in workability by drying and curing patterns in a short time, to prevent dust and foreign matters from adhering, and prevent the pattern from bleeding and becoming faint and patchy, to print the pattern by a required quantity of film thickness, and to secure sufficient strength of ink, and also to provide a manufac turing method therefor.
The push-button switching structure is provided with a transparent base material 1, composed of a polymer compound such as a silicone rubber or the like, and a transparent key to 3 composed of a rigid resin where a back face 5 is adhered to an adhering face 2, which is the surface of the base material 1. Then the adhering face 2 of the base material 1 is subjected to dry tape cleaning by irradiating ultraviolet rays, and a pattern 6 formed of numerals, symbols, etc., is printed on the back face 5 of the key top 3 with an ultraviolet- curing type ink in a thickness of 5 to 15 μm. The pattern 6 is printed on the key top 3, using the ultraviolet-curing ink which is cured in a short period of time, thereby workability is improved.
