Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push chain and a driving device for the same which enables a space-saving feature of an overall device.SOLUTION: A push chain (10) includes: a short chain (11) to which a plurality of chain rings are connected in a vertically and horizontally alternate manner; and a ring plate (12) which engages with a chain ring in a vertical position. Each of the ring plates has a contact face which comes into contact with the adjacent ring plate each other. A push chain device (20) includes: the push chain (10) mentioned above; driving hand wheel (21,22) that engage with the push chain as a driving mechanism and converts the torque into push pressure on the ring plate to deliver the pressure thereto; and winding hand wheels (26,27,28) having a rotational axis with a rotational direction different from that of the driving hand wheel in order to take up the push chain.
