Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a push switch whose peak load and click rate can be adjusted without changing the design of a movable contact.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a push switch 1 comprises steps of: arranging a plurality of fixed contacts 21 and 22 as well as a movable contact 30 on a bottom surface of a recess 13 formed on a case 10; fixing a first protective sheet 40 to an upper surface of a lateral wall 12 of the case 10 in such a manner as to cover the plurality of fixed contacts 21 and 22 as well as the movable contact 30; setting an adhesive region T1 between the first protective sheet 40 and a second protective sheet 60 to an area between a first position on the lateral wall 12 and a second position on the first protective sheet which is closer to a pressing member 50 side than the first position in such a manner that an index indicating a property of the push switch 1 may be a desired value; and adhering the second protective sheet 60 in the adhesive region T1 to the first protective sheet 40 in such a manner that the pressing member 50 is sandwiched between the first protective sheet 40 and the second protective sheet 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
