A vertical contact surface (12a) of the key stem (6), a cam face (13a) slanted downward, and a contact part of an actuator (8) contacting with a summit of the movable contact plate (5) are formed into a spherical surface, and either of horizontal dislocation of the key stem (6) or vertical dislocation of the summit of the movable contact plate (5) is transmitted to a counter part through the actuator (8). As the actuator (8) contacts with the vertical contact surface (12a), the cam face (13a), and the summit of the movable contact plate (5) through the spherical surface, large friction force is not generated at the contacting part, and the tact feeling generated at the movable contact plate (5) is transmitted to the key stem (6) without large attenuation caused by the friction force.
