To provide a push-on switch of two-step action in which, while a lower movable contact is pasted and fixed to a housing easily by a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet, the conduction of a first step switch is secured by the direct contact of an upper movable contact and the lower movable contact, and the operation feeling of a second step switch is made excellent.
In the push-on switch, the movable contacts 6, 7 of dome shapes are arranged in vertical two steps in the recessed part 5 of a body 4 having a plurality of fixed contacts, and each movable contact 6, 7 is fixed to the body 4 capable of reverse movement by pressure sensitive adhesive sheets 8, 9 for pasting the movable contacts 6, 7 from the top side, and an air escape means which makes a space 10 between the bottom face in the body 4 and the lower movable contact 6 communicate with a space 11 between each movable contact 6, 7 is provided. A through-hole 8a is formed at the central part of the pressure sensitive sheet 8 of the lower movable contact 6, and by exposing the upper part of the crown of the lower movable contact 6 from the through-hole 8a to be capable of contacting with the upper movable contact 7, and a cut-out 8b which reaches the through-hole 8a from the outer periphery edge of the adhesive sheet 8 is formed, and the cut-out 8b making the adhesive sheet 8 non-annular is made to act as an air escape means.
