To provide a push-up cam device that prevents each component from being damaged by an unintended sudden increase in load on a workpiece and each component.
The push-up cam device 1 includes: a cam driver 2 freely movable in Z direction; a cam slide 3 freely movable in X direction and also slidably brought into contact with the cam driver 2 so as to be movable in the X direction when the cam driver 2 moves in a Z1 direction; a cam slide 4 freely movable in the Z direction and also slidably brought into contact with the cam slide 3 so as to be movable in a Z2 direction when the cam slide 3 moves in the X direction; a support device 5 movably supporting each of the cam driver 2 and the cam slides 3 and 4; a return mechanism 6 for returning the cam slide 3 to an initial position; and a compressible spring 7 that is elastically compressed when the movement power transmitted between the cam driver 2 and the cam slides 3 and 4 excesses a predetermined movement power to block a transmission of an excessive power beyond the predetermined movement power.
