Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the oriented film having high reliability by spin coating a substrate with an oriented film precursor, by which the wettability with a transparent conductive film is improved, the adsorptivity is improved, the uniform coating free from unequal coating is executed and the oriented film formed in such a manner is uniformalized.
CONSTITUTION: At least the transparent conductive film on the glass substrate 11 is irradiated with IR rays from an IR lamp 13 prior to the formation of the oriented film. The irradiation with the UV rays is so executed that the components existing within a 0.5 to 3.0μm range of spectral distribution arrive at the transparent conductive film with ≥50mW/cm2 energy. The oriented film precursor is thereafter applied on the transparent conductive film by a spin coating method and the coating film formed in such a manner is heat treated, by which the oriented film is formed.
