To provide a pushing-in device capable of smoothly pushing-in a fluid and a pressure-feeding system comprising the pushing-in device.SOLUTION: A pushing-in device 10 comprises: a hoper 20; a rotation member 30 having a shaft 32 and rotated about the shaft 32 in the hopper 20 to be able to push-in a fluid toward a take-out unit 26 provided to the bottom 24 side of the hopper 20; and a driving unit 12 which has an output shaft 13 and is for driving the rotation member 30 to rotate.
