To provide a putter for golf which enables an approach a proper angle of a face by turning a putter head through a thread of a screw centering around it on the axis thereof parallel with the surface of a face thereof to set the angle according to the judgment of the condition of lie anywhere on the green.

The head 4 of the putter is screwed down with a screw 5 at a lower end part of a shaft 2 of the putter 1 for golf on the axis X thereof parallel with the surface 6 of the face thereof and is tuned through the thread thereof centering around the screw 5 by loosening the screw 5 thereby adjusting the angle of the face surface 6.
