PURPOSE: To perform the smoothing of putty uniformly and automatically by rotating a working shaft having press plate on its lower end through a bevel gear from the main shaft and also by pressing it underwards through an eccentric cam.

CONSTITUTION: The high rotor 13 is rotated by a working signal to rotate the main shaft 2 through the first and second gears 10 and 11, and the working shaft 7 is rotated by the main shaft 2 through the bevel gear 5. Also, the eccentric cam 6 is rotatd by the rotation of the main shaft 2 to push down the working shaft 7 against the spring 9, and the risen putty 29 is smoothed by the press plate 8 pushed down while rotating so as to even it with the outside plate 26. Thus, the putty smoothing operation can be mechanized to raise its productivity as well as the stabilization of its quality by eliminating artificial unevenness.
