The PWM signal generation device that operates on an input clock signal includes: a first PWM output control circuit for outputting a PWM signal in response to a leading edge clock of the clock signal; a second PWM output control circuit for outputting a PWM signal in response to a trailing edge clock of the clock signal different from the leading edge clock; and a switching circuit for switching the output between the first PWM output control circuit and the second PWM output control circuit.
