Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having an EPreceptor antagonism and its pharmacologically permissible salts, a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound or its salt and a medicinal application of the compound or its salt.SOLUTION: Pyrazolopyridine derivatives of formula (I) and their pharmacologically permissible salts have a powerful EPreceptor antagonism. The compounds (I) and their pharmacologically permissible salts are useful as a therapeutic agent or a preventive against lower urinary tract symptoms(LUTS), especially overactive bladder syndromes(OABs), etc. and also highly useful for therapy, prevention and control of diseases involving the EPreceptor, including lower urinary tract symptoms(LUTS), inflammatory diseases, pain diseases, osteoporosis and cancer.
