Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:The pyridazinone derivative of formula I (R1 is H or 1W5C alkyl; R2, R3 and R4 are H, OH or 1W5C alkoxy; two of R2, R3 and R4 may together form -O-CH2-O- or -O-CH2CH2-O-; m is 0W4; n is 1W4; dotted line shows that the bond between the 4- and 5-carbon atoms is single bond or double bond) or its salt.
USE: Useful as a cardiotonic agent. It can be administered orally or parenterally. It has long-acting effect.
PREPARATION: The compound of formula I can be produced according to the reaction formula, by condensing a halide of formula II with an amine of formula III in a solvent such as N,N-dimethylformamide in the presence of a base at 0W150°C.
