NEW MATERIAL: A compd. of formula I [wherein R1 and R2 are each alkyl, alkenyl, alkoxy, etc.; R3 is H, alkyl, or phenyl; R4 is alkyl, alkenyl, alkylsulfonyl, etc.; R5 and R6 are each halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, alkylcarbonyl, etc.; A, B, X, and Z are each O, S, SO, SO2, or (alkylated) N provided B may be a double bond; C to G are each carbon or N; V is carbon or a substd. (by alkoxy, alkylthio, etc.) P; W is (halo)alkylene; Y1 is H, halogen, alkyl, NH2, etc.; and (n) and (m) are each 0-4] or its tautomer of formula II (wherein Y2 is O, S, or N).
EXAMPLE: 1,3-Dimethyl-5-(4-(2-(1,1,2,2,3,3-hexafluoropropoxy)-1,1,2-trifluoroethoxy)- phenylcarbamoyl)barbituric acid.
USE: A pesticide.
PROCESS: For example, a compd. of formula III is reacted with a compd. of formula IV to give a compd. of formula I.
