Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a new compd. useful for prevention and protection of cardiovascular diseases and stenocardia, as well as treatment of erection dysfunction.
CONSTITUTION: A compd. of formula I {A is expressed by formula II or III [R1 is -NHR6 (R6 is a 1-6C alkyl or 5-7C cycloalkyl), -NR7R8 (R7 and R8 are each a 1-4C alkyl) or the like; R2 is H or -OR7; R3 is a 1-4C alkyl; R4 is H, a 1-6C alkyl, 5-7C cycloalkyl or the like] or the like}, such as 7- morpholino-[1,2,5]oxadiazolo[3,4-d]pyrdimidine-1-oxide. The compd. of the formula I is obtained by reacting a compd. of formula IV with an amine of the formula; HR1.
