Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a reliable pyroelectric element being employed as a detector or the like.
CONSTITUTION: A conductive filter 8 is fit in the window hole 7a of a can 7 and bonded over the entire periphery through adhesive 13. The can 7 and the filter 8 are connected electrically through conductive adhesive 14. This constitution provides perfect shielding of electric circuit arranged in the housing of pyroelectric element.
