Title:
焦電型赤外線検出器
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP4633873
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately performable the temp. correction of an output signal from a pyroelectric infrared detector by placing both center points of a light receiving electrode of the detector and a light receiving electrode of a contained thermopile at nearby positions on the same axis Z. SOLUTION: A collector electrode 7 of a thermopile 5 is located at the optical center of a pyroelectric infrared detector, an electronic component such as FET 2, etc., is mounted on a wiring board 4, the thermopile 5 is connected to the board 4 by wire bonding, a support base 3 higher than the thermopile 5 is formed on the wiring board 4, and a pyroelectric element 1 divided into light receiving electrodes 8 is mounted with the thermopile 5 bridged. The center position in a range occupied by the pyroelectric element 1 is aligned with the center of the collector electrode 7 of the thermopile 5, the pyroelectric element 1 is divided into light receiving electrodes 8, an infrared ray is incident on the collector electrode 7, and then it is sealed with a can having an optical filter. Thus the optical centers of the thermopile 5 and the infrared detector are made coaxial.
