To suppress the generation of a noise from a pyroelectric body thin film crystal.
One end 8a of an L-shaped wire 8 is placed on an upper surface electrode contact 1a and simultaneously the other end 8b is placed on a lead upper end 6a. One end 8a of the L-shaped wire 8 is fixed to the upper surface electrode contact 1a with a conductive paste 9a. The other end 8b is fixed to the lead upper end 6a with a conductive paste 9b. Since the L-shaped wire 8 is not bent at the fixing time of both ends 8a, 8b, a restoring force is not generated in the L-shaped wire 8 after fixation, to thereby prevent the application of a force to the pyroelectric body thin film crystal 3. Consequently, noise generation caused by the application of a force to the pyroelectric body thin film crystal 3 can be prevented.
