Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily discharge residual matters in a plastic pyrolizer having a thin and long reaction tube and no inner screw.
SOLUTION: Fused plastic is quantitatively fed from one end 2a of a reaction tube 2, the fed fused plastic is pyrolized in the reaction tube 2, and generated gas components are taken out from the other end 2b. A heating/separating chamber 3 is linked to the end 2b. In the chamber 3, the liquid components brought to the gas components by entrainment or the like are separated, and they are heated again to evaporate. A gas exit 7 is formed in the upper part of the heating/separating chamber 3, and a residue exit 8 is formed in the lower part.
