Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pyrolysis apparatus and a pyrolytic method enabling stabilization of pyrolytic performance.SOLUTION: A pyrolysis apparatus in this embodiment includes a drum, a heating furnace, a heating furnace temperature measurement section, an outer wall surface temperature measurement section, an inner wall surface temperature measurement section, a treated object temperature measurement section, and a calculation section. The drum heats a treated object input to inside for pyrolysis. The heating furnace is provided outside the drum to heat an outer wall surface of the drum. The heating furnace temperature measurement section measures a temperature of the heating furnace. The outer wall surface temperature measurement section measures a temperature of the outer wall surface of the drum. The inner wall surface temperature measurement section measures a temperature of an inner wall surface of the drum. The treated object temperature measurement section measures a temperature of the treated object. The calculation section acquires a coefficient indicating the heat transfer state in the drum on the basis of the measured temperature of the heating furnace, temperature of the outer wall surface of the drum, temperature of the inner wall surface of the drum and temperature of the treated object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
