Abstract:
To remove a fault that an electric type ignition element is positioned in a casing as an outside structure group incorporated in a complicated and expensive assembly process in a pyromechanical separating device.
In this pyromechanical separating device for shutting off a battery of an automobile, the casing 1 is provided, a conductive rail 11 is arranged in the casing 1, the conductive rail 11 is separated at a separation section by a separation chisel 12, and the separation chisel 12 is accelerated by drive gas of the ignition element 2. The ignition element 2 is buried in the casing 1 injection-molded, and forms a structure unit with the casing 1. Thus, a process for inserting the ignition element in the casing can be completely omitted.
