Abstract:
To provide a pyrophoric propellant feeding device that is highly resistant against a vibration and impact environment before beginning of use without increasing the overall length and can greatly reduce pressure fluctuations of a pyrophoric propellant during expansion and contraction of a bellows.SOLUTION: A pyrophoric propellant feeding device includes a propellant tank 10 and a control valve 20. The propellant tank 10 has an internal space divided into a gas chamber 11a and a liquid chamber 11b, a pressurized gas G is sealed in the gas chamber 11a, and a pyrophoric propellant L is filled in the liquid chamber 11b. A bellows 14 expands and contracts between a longest length and a shortest length along the axis Z-Z of a housing 12. The inner surface of a guide 16 is in a hollow cylindrical shape and guides the bellows 14 or a sliding part 17. The guide 16 further has a plurality of pressure equalization through holes 16a. The gas chamber 11a has an outer gas space 19 surrounding the radial outside of the guide 16. The volume of the outer gas space 19 is set such that a volumetric change ΔV of the gas chamber 11a at the time of discharging the pyrophoric propellant L is equal to or less than a threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
