PURPOSE: To check the validity of a requesting origin even when a copied password is used, by registering a bit of identifying information in execution unit, for example, such as the spatial identifier and the task identifier of the requesting origin, on a qualification managing list as a bit of qualification check information, at a system side, and checking qualification in use according to the above information.

CONSTITUTION: On the qualification managing list 15, a password designated dynamically, and also, the bit of identifying information in execution unit of a registration requesting origin, are registered as the bit of qualification check information. Therefore, even when, for example, another processing requesting origin 10X different from a processing requesting origin 10 starts up a qualification check part 16 by designating the copied password (α), the bit of identifying information (β) in execution unit of the processing requesting origin 10 differs from the bit of identifying information (γ) in execution unit of the processing requesting origin 10X, therefore, the qualification check part 16 decides the password as 'impossible to be used'. In this way, only the processing requesting origin 10 having a valid qualification can receive a service by a processing execution part 17.
