To control quality of a structure, by inputting information to a computer, by directly writing and burying the information on mortar and concrete used for the cement structure in an IC tag.

When placing the motor or the concrete of kneading cement, an aggregate and water, while filling a part of the motor or the concrete in a testing unit up to placing time from delivery, a noncontact IC tag of writing an ID number is buried in the motor or the concrete. After preserving the testing unit for the predetermined number of days, at least compressive strength is measured, and the information on respective parts of the structure and required information on the mortar or the concrete are inputted to the computer including the location of the structure, and are permanently preserved by arrangement and integration, and afterwards, information on the whole structure can be provided up to reaching details of the respective parts from the computer by reading the information of the IC tag by bringing a reader near to any part of the structure.
