Abstract:
To obtain a quality control method in which the quality of a vacuum or the like is controlled in a short time in the industrial production of a vacuum double glass or the like.
In a quality control method, one out of two glass plates 1, 2 for a vacuum double glass is heated at a set intensity by a heating element 3, the plate face temperature of a heated part on the glass plate 1 on the heating side is measured by a temperature sensor 5, and whether the vacuum of the vacuum double glass is proper or not is judged on the basis of the rise state of the temperature. At this time, when its judgment is performed in a closed space in which an atmosphere temperature is constant, its accuracy can be increased.
