Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make a control mechanism correspond rapidly to deviation thus performing the control certainly and to automatically optimize a limit value by dividing a control apparatus into several action control circuits, and providing a simultaneous action step for making each control circuit control pressure and variables of tablets including weight, height and hardness simultaneously.
CONSTITUTION: A control apparatus is divided into five control circuits R1 to R5 which are connected to each other so as to act simultaneously. Control circuit R1 keeps an actual pressing force to a constant value on the basis of a set pressing force according to measurement variation. Depending on a measured weight deviation, a new value in respect to the set pressing force is generated in control circuit R2, and it generates a change in dosage in circuit R1 again. Consequently, the weight deviation is balanced. The deviation of height and the sensitivity value of height are inputted as initial values to the third control circuit R3. The deviation of hardness and the sensitivity value of hardness are applied to the input of the fourth control circuit R4. The deviation between the set pressing force of path height and the actual pressing force is controlled by the fifth control circuit R5.
