Abstract:
To provide a quality control system etc., capable of identifying information on a product being defective during production and easily finding a problem thereof.SOLUTION: A quality control system 1 is provided in a bag making machine 2 that processes a barrel material etc., which is a web-like film, while conveying it to produce bags. The quality control system 1 comprises a quality data generation part 303 which associates production information, based upon data obtained by a sensor 10 provided for a bag making machine 2 and related to production of bags, with control numbers of the bags to generate quality data. The production information includes information on bonding processing on the barrel material etc., which is performed in the production of the bags, information on conveyance of the barrel material etc., and information on shapes of the bags.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
