Abstract:
To associate various kinds of data collected in different processes, on a production site wherein traceability is difficult.
This quality controller 10 controlling a production process to produce a product having prescribed quality has: a data storage part 11 collecting measurement data measured by a plurality of devices 3-6 provided in the production process, and storing the collected measurement data together with time when performing the measurement or time when performing the collection; and a scheduler 12 mutually associating the measurement data of the devices 3-6 by considering a useless time generated between the devices 3-6 in the time when performing the measurement or the time when performing the collection.
