Title:
QUALITY DISCRIMINATION APPARATUS FOR GRAIN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3657085
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a quality discrimination apparatus by which the property and the weight ratio of a hulled sample grain as discrimination information, for sorting, used for a grain treatment are found with good efficiency by installing a property measuring means or the like by which the sample grain is conveyed and by which the property of the sample grain is measured.
SOLUTION: A hulling means MS conveys a sample grain which is sampled from a grain before the execution of a grain treatment and which is charged from a charging port 48 so as to execute the grain treatment. A property measuring means SK conveys a hulled sample grain so as to measure the property of the sample grain. A weight-ration computing means 100 finds the ratio of the measured and found weight of the charged sample grain to the measured and found weight of the grain after the execution of the hulling treatment so as to be output. Measured information by the property measuring means SK and computed information by the weight-ratio computing means 100 are output to the outside of an apparatus. Consequently, an operator is required only to perform an operation in which the sample grain is sampled so as to be charged from the charging port 48, the trouble of the operation can be reduced, and the wasteful time of a carrying operation or the like by a manual operation can be reduced.
