Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a fast and reliable biological analytical method for guantitatively determining a mutational gene (DNA) sequence.

CONSTITUTION: This quantitative determination method is the quantitative determination method of a DNA sequence containing at least one mutationally eliminated restriction site, by which the DNA sequence to be quantitatively determined is selectively amplified and an arbitrary remaining wild-type DNA sequence is eliminated.
