CONSTITUTION: This quantitative dividing device for a food consisting of a fixed quantity measuring means setting a food dough 3 to a fixed quantity and a dividing means taking out the food dough 3 set at the fixed quantity as a unit food dough 3A, comprises installing the fixed quantity measuring means located below a hopper 2 and being one and the other rotating and cylindrical shaped upper rollers 4A, 4B positioned in parallel along an axial line direction N and facing each other with a contracting gap 5 between, through which the food dough 3 passes, and the dividing means positioned below the each one and the other upper rollers 4A, 4B and equipping one and the other rotating cylindrical shaped lower dividing rollers 6A, 6B positioned in parallel along the axial line direction N facing each other with a dividing gap 7 between, through which the food dough 3 having the fixed quantity per unit volume and conveyed from the one and the other upper rollers passes.
