Abstract:
To provide a device for uniformly scattering particulate matters to a plate-like workpiece in a short time.SOLUTION: A constant feeder device of particulate matters for uniformly scattering particulate matters to a plate-like workpiece having an XY plane, comprises: a supply feeder for quantifying the particulate matters to be scattered to one workpiece to discharge; a V-shaped trough having a longitudinal direction in an X direction and having a plurality of holes formed with constant intervals in the X direction at an apex part of a V-shape; a vibration device for vibrating the V-shaped trough; a funnel for discharging the particulate matters discharged from the supply feeder to the V-shaped trough while moving in the X direction; a table mounted with the workpiece; and a drive device for moving either the table or the V-shaped trough in a Y direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
