To provide a quantitative injection mold capable of obtaining a molded product having constant quality by uniformly distributing the molten resin going toward each of the branch gates of an edge gate from the resin passage of a hot runner.
This quantitative injection mold is equipped with a sprue bush 7 having the resin passage 8 of the molten resin injected from an injection molding machine, a manifold 10 having the resin passage 11 communicating with the resin passage 8, a first gate 14 provided to the manifold 10, a first needle valve 17 for opening and closing the first gate 14, a resin metering chamber 24 provided to the manifold 10 to communicate with the first gate 14 and having a second gate 22 communicating with a cavity 25 provided to the leading end thereof, a second needle valve 23 provided to the resin metering chamber 24 in a freely advancing and retreating state and opening and closing the second gate 22, a metering sleeve 26 provided to the resin metering chamber 24 in a freely advancing and retreating state and metering the amount of the resin supplied to the resin metering chamber 24 from the first gate 14 on the basis of the advance and retreat quantity of the metering sleeve 26 and a drive part for driving the first and second needle valves 17 and 23 and the metering sleeve 26.
