Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a meat fixed amount injection device provided with a fixed amount injection chamber capable of obtaining a fixed stroke volume composed of a cylinder provided with a movable piston. CONSTITUTION: When the paste-like material of meat is forcibly fed to a hole 11, a fixed amount injection chamber inside the cylinder 12 is filled through a channel 25 in an axial direction inside a needle shank 6. After the carrying cylinder 12 is moved by the decline of the piston 14 and a certain interval is made, the channel 25 in the axial direction is closed, a side hole 26 closed until then is opened, the paste-like material is supplied through the hole to a center channel 27 and the paste-like material is discharged from a flow-out opening inside a needle. When the piston 14 is raised, the cylinder 12 is restored, the side hole 26 is closed, the channel is opened and the paste-like material fills the chamber inside the cylinder 12. It is repeated.
