Abstract:

PURPOSE: To lessen the width of fluctuation of a scraped flow rate by. altering feed speed in the case where the fluctuation quantity of driving force exceeds its prefixed upper and lower limit values, or the driving force exceeds its prefixed upper and lower limit values.
CONSTITUTION: A control section 9 has the upper limit value C1 of /fluctuation quantity of driving pressure T, the lower limit value C2 of fluctuation quantity, the lower limit value TL of driving force, the upper limit value TU of driving force, and factors of K1, K2, KL, KU, provided that C1>0, C2<0, K1<1, K2>1, KL>1 and KU<1 are satisfied. The control section 9 carrys out a process according to Be driving pressure T shown by the detection signal of a detecting section 7 and its fluctuation quantity V per unit time. In the case of the process 1 of V>C., feed speed U is computed from U=K1.UC, here UC is present feed speed. In the case of the process 2 of V<C2, the feed speed is computed from U=K2.UC. In the case of the process 3 of T<TL, the feed speed is computed from U=KL.UC. In the case of the process 4 of T>TU, the feed speed is computed from U=KU.U.
