Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating value adjusting device that has a simple structure and appropriately adjusts the heating value of mixed gas while suppressing the facility cost.SOLUTION: This heating value adjusting device includes a flow rate adjusting means 13 for adjusting the flow rate of fuel gas G2 for heat increase flowing through a fuel gas supply system 11 for heat increase, a first mass flow rate measuring means 14 for measuring a first mass flow rate, which is the first mass flow rate of mixed gas G3 having a target heating value demanded for the mixed gas G3 after heat increase in a mixed gas supply system 12, and a first controlling means 15 for generating a first control command for adjusting the heating value of the mixed gas G3 to the target heating value based on the first mass flow rate measured by the first mass flow rate measuring means 14. The flow rate adjusting means 13 receives the first control command generated in the first controlling means 15, and adjusts the flow rate of the fuel gas G2 for heat increase flowing through the fuel gas supply system 11 for heat increase.
