Abstract:
To provide a method of video processing.SOLUTION: A method includes a step of performing a conversion between blocks of chroma components of a video and a bitstream representation of the video. During the conversion, a deblocking filter process is applied to at least some samples along the edges of the block, and a chroma quantization parameter (QP) offset is added the output from a chroma QP table in order to determine the parameters of the deblocking filter process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
