Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide quantum dot electronic equipment and a quantum dot transfer printing method.SOLUTION: Quantum dot electronic equipment 100 has a structure where a first encapsulation layer 170, a first electrode 130, a quantum dot pattern 120, a second electrode 140, and a second encapsulation layer 180 are laminated in order. The quantum dot electronic equipment 100 further includes a first charge transmission layer 150 placed between the quantum dot pattern 120 and the first electrode 130, and a second charge transmission layer 160 placed between the quantum dot pattern 120 and the second electrode 140. Furthermore, the quantum dot pattern 120 can be formed by a quantum dot transfer printing method, and is formed of a colloid nanocrystal material containing one or more selected from CdSe/ZnS quantum dot and CdSe/CdS/ZnS quantum dot.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 27
