Abstract:

To flatten frequency variations against temperature in a temperature compensated quartz oscillator capable of maintaining oscillation frequency at a fixed value independently of changes in peripheral temperature.

In the quartz resonator temperature compensation type oscillator for controlling a frequency-temperature characteristic which is a cubic function by a semiconductor component, a gm value is controlled by varying the current value of an oscillation stage of the semiconductor component by using a quadratic function generation circuit to perform temperature compensation.
