This laser system device has a laser pump source for pumping a wave length converter in a laser resonance chamber system by emitting at least one specific laser beam wave length, a wave length converter for converting the specific laser beam wave length emitted from the laser pump source into a laser beam wave length applied to at least one photodynamic treatment (PDT) and the photodynamic diagnosis (PDD) by using a quasi-phase matching technology (QPM), a laser resonance chamber system, and an optical transmission output unit for outputting and irradiating a laser beam to at least a specific target point via an optical output device of a terminal by receiving and transmitting the laser beam outputted by the laser resonance chamber system. In the laser resonance chamber system, the wave length converter is arranged in a chamber. Thus, the wave length converter outputs laser beam intensity applied to the photodynamic treatment (PDT) and the photodynamic diagnosis (PDD) via the laser pump source by generating pumping.
