To get an answer in which answerer's will is accurately reflected in a laborsaving and inexpensive manner, and to make questionnaire result obtainable immediately.

This questionnaire survey system is composed of a questionnaire answer inputting device 10 that is installed unattendedly, a processing device 20 that processes content of response, regarding the questionnaire, inputted by the questionnaire answer inputting device 10, and a telecommunication line (packet communication network 30) that connects the questionnaire answer inputting device 10 and the processing device 20.
