To provide a quick connecting fastener which can be mounted in a narrow space.
This quick connecting fastener 20 comprises an opening 34 having a diameter large enough to permit the passage of a head 112 of a shoulder bolt 110 therethrough and a plate 30 formed with an opening 34 including an opening 38 having such a small diameter that a shoulder 114 is passed therethrough. The quick connecting fastener 20 is constructed so that, after the head 112 is passed into the plate 30, the plate 30 is slid to a lock position where the shoulder 114 is located in the opening 38 to mount it in the shoulder bolt 110. The quick connecting fastener 20 further comprises an elastic block member 50 which, when brought to the lock position, is engaged with a part of the shoulder bolt 110 to cause the plate 30 to be connected to the shoulder bolt 110 by an elastic force so that the plate 30 is not disengaged from the shoulder bolt 110.
