Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent loosening or removal of a fastening bolt even when considerable vibration occurs.SOLUTION: A quick connector includes a socket I, a plug II, and a cap component III. A cap 11 is provided with a boss having a hexagonal counter bore in the axial direction. On the outer circumference of the boss, the cap has a recessed groove that is engaged with a regular polygonal tail of a plug plastic jacket. A hexagon bolt 9 is fitted to a bolt plastic jacket 10. A hexagonal tail part of the bolt plastic jacket 10 is fitted to a hexagonal counter bore 1102 of the cap 11. A spring 7 and a tapered washer 6 are fitted to the hexagon bolt 9. The tapered washer 6 is arranged at the outer end of the spring 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
