Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize discharge of air discharged to a pressurization object.SOLUTION: When a flow rate of air supplied from a pump chamber 70 to an input side space 9a is equal to or less than a prescribed flow rate, the air supplied to an input side space 9a is released to the atmosphere through a communication hole 300 and an inflow passage 104, and a pressure of the input side space 9a does not get higher than that of an output side space 9b, and an exhaust port valve element 121 does not close an exhaust passage 111a. Accordingly, the air supplied from the pump chamber 70 at that time is only released to the atmosphere, and the air is not discharged from a discharge passage 113a to a pressurization object. When the flow rate of the air supplied from the pump chamber 70 to the input side space 9a exceeds the prescribed flow rate, the air flows from the input side space 9a to the output side space 9b through a check valve element 122 by the pressure of the air, and the air is discharged from the discharge passage 113a to the pressurization object, and thus, discharge of the air discharged to the pressurization object is stabilized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
