Abstract:
To provide a quick exhaust valve-integrated diaphragm pump that can reduce a flow rate loss.SOLUTION: A quick exhaust valve-integrated diaphragm pump includes: a pump body part 3 with a diaphragm 13 for forming multiple pump rooms 17 and a drive mechanism 21; and a quick exhaust valve structure 4 having a first supply passage 52 where a gas is supplied from some pump rooms and a second supply passage 54 where the gas is supplied from the remaining pump rooms, and having a discharge passage 58. The quick exhaust valve structure 4 includes an input side space 53, a discharge passage 55, an output side space 61, a check valve 66, an exhaust passage 59, and a quick exhaust valve 71 for opening and closing an exhaust port 62 according to a pressure of the input side space 53 and a pressure of the output side space 61. The discharge passage 55 is structured to generate predetermined flow resistance. In the flow resistance, the gas of the input side space 53 is discharged from the discharge passage 55, when the flow rate of the first supply passage 52 is lower than or equal to the predetermined flow rate. Also, in the flow resistance, the quick exhaust valve 71 closes the exhaust port 62 when the flow rate of the first supply passage 52 exceeds the predetermined flow rate, and thereby the gas of the input side space 53 passes through the check valve 66 and flows out into the output side space 61.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
